Custom tin orders are non-returnable once production begins. We provide samples for approval before manufacturing.
We highly recommend that you review pre-production samples before manufacturing to make sure they are accurate and meet your expectations. The cost incurred for pre-production samples will be refunded upon confirmation. Customers have the option to organise an independent SGS inspection report to verify product specifications and compliance either before production begins or before container loading. Once approved, the goods are finalised for production.
